Terms of Use
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to roveltia.com (the "Site") and your purchase or use of Roveltia digital files, firmware, documentation, CAD files, source code, presets, and related materials (collectively, the "Products"). Roveltia is operated by PrintBusters ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. What Roveltia is
Roveltia is a DIY Bluetooth 360° turntable project for product photography.
We provide digital files only. We do not sell or ship physical hardware, assembled turntables, motors, electronics, batteries, fasteners, filament, or tools.
2. Product tiers
Roveltia Lite is available free on MakerWorld as the builder edition and may include starter STL files, a bill of materials, basic wiring notes, Lite firmware, and manual Bluetooth control.
Paid Roveltia tiers are sold as digital downloads through Lemon Squeezy. Paid Products may include firmware binaries, guides, presets, documentation, firmware source code, and/or editable CAD files, depending on the tier purchased.
Product descriptions on the Site describe what each tier includes at the time of purchase. We may update tier contents, pricing, names, or availability over time. The purchase you make is governed by the description shown in the Lemon Squeezy checkout when you buy.
3. License grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the Products you purchased for:
- personal projects; and
- internal business use, including product photography workflows within your own company or organization.
This license lets you build, use, and modify Roveltia for your own product photography and related internal workflows. Paid Products may be used by the purchaser and their internal team for that permitted internal use only.
4. Restrictions
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, reupload, publish, or publicly share Roveltia files, firmware, CAD, source code, presets, or documentation;
- sublicense Roveltia files or grant third parties access to paid Products;
- manufacture or sell physical Roveltia kits, assembled units, or modified Roveltia products;
- sell modified Roveltia designs;
- claim ownership of the Roveltia design, branding, firmware, CAD, documentation, or related materials;
- use Roveltia files, modified Roveltia files, or derivative Roveltia designs to offer competing turntable products or file bundles; or
- remove copyright, license, attribution, or ownership notices from provided files.
For manufacturing, resale, redistribution, white-label use, modified product sales, physical kit sales, or other custom licensing, use our contact form.
5. Purchases and delivery
Paid Products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, payment processing, tax where applicable, and digital delivery. When you purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and policies.
After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy provides the download flow or delivery instructions. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files. Keep your purchase confirmation and download access secure.
6. Companion app
The Roveltia companion app is separate software used to control compatible Roveltia firmware over Bluetooth.
App availability, features, supported platforms, and store distribution may change over time. Use of the app may also be subject to applicable app store terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Roveltia names, branding, website content, product photography, and the Products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Roveltia intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited license described in these Terms.
8. DIY disclaimer
Roveltia is a maker project involving 3D printing, electronics, motion control, firmware, batteries or USB power, Bluetooth connectivity, and moving parts.
You assume all risk related to building, wiring, flashing, calibrating, operating, and photographing with your turntable, including electrical safety, mechanical stability, payload limits, print quality, wiring errors, and damage to products, cameras, phones, electronics, or other equipment.
We do not guarantee that any build will meet your expectations, fit your printer, work with your components, or produce specific photographic results.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or damage to equipment, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, Products, companion app, firmware, documentation, or any hardware you build, modify, power, wire, flash, or operate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or any Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. If you did not pay for the Product, we will have no monetary liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Refunds
Because Products are digital files delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once download access is granted.
If you believe you received the wrong files or cannot access your purchase, use our contact form and we will review your case.
This refund policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
Continued use of the Site or Products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
