Roveltia ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Roveltia Mobile application. This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Data collection and use

We believe in absolute privacy. Roveltia Mobile is designed to function as a standalone tool for controlling your hardware.

• No personal data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to our servers.
• Local storage: Your capture presets and application settings are stored locally on your device using standard platform storage.
• Media files and exports: Depending on your in-app settings, captured photos, 360° animations (GIF/WebP), and original frames are saved to the App's internal media library, your device's native Photos app, or both. All media caching and processing occurs locally on your device. We do not have access to your media files, and they are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Device permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requires the following permissions:

• Bluetooth: Required to scan for, connect to, and control Roveltia turntable hardware.
• Location (Android only): Required by the Android operating system to scan for Bluetooth devices (specifically on older Android versions). We do not track or store your physical location.
• Camera: Required to capture photos and videos of products during the capture sequence.
• Storage/media library: Required to save captured content to the App's internal storage and/or export it directly to your device's native Photos library, based on your configured Save Destination.
• Sensors: The App accesses device sensors (like the accelerometer) locally to provide camera leveling assistance. This data is processed in real-time on your device and is not saved or transmitted.

3. Third-party services

• External links: The App contains links to our website (roveltia.com). Clicking these links will open your system's web browser.

4. Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Since all data remains on your device, its security depends on your device's overall security settings.
